Für einen etablierten Premium-Automobilbetrieb in Wien 1210 suchen wir eine engagierte Serviceassistenz (all genders), die das Serviceteam unterstützt und für einen professionellen Ablauf im Kundenservice sorgt. 1 Serviceassistenz - Autohaus (all genders) Kassa Empfang Kundenservice Auftragsvorbereitung

Deine Aufgaben

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung der Kunden

* Vereinbarung und Koordination von Werkstattterminen

* Unterstützung der Serviceberater im Tagesgeschäft

* Vorbereitung von Serviceaufträgen und Unterlagen

* Organisation von Fahrzeugübergaben sowie Ersatz- und Leihfahrzeugen

* Kassiertätigkeiten, Zahlungsabwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Rechnungslegung

* Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt und Serviceberatung

Stellenanforderungen

Das bringst DU mit

* Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Empfang, Autohaus oder Servicebereich

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Organisationstalent und eine genaue, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Sichere EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Zahlenverständnis

* Interesse an der Automobilbranche von Vorteil
