ARBETSUPPGIFTER Nu söker vi en vikarierande rektor till Kälarne skola under ordinarie rektors frånvaro. Vi söker dig som är intresserad av något nytt eller dig som är tillgänglig just nu för ett rektorsuppdrag. Tjänsten är ett vikariat på 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning. Som rektor är du pedagogisk ledare och har ledningsansvar för Kälarne skola F-9 inklusive fritidshem. Du kommer att ha ansvar för skolans utveckling med fokus på lärande och systematisk kvalitetsutveckling. Du har ansvar för verksamhet, ekonomi och arbetsmiljö. Du ingår också i skol- och barnomsorgsavdelningens ledningsgrupp för skolledare och övriga chefer.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har genomgått eller påbörjat rektorsutbildning och om du inte har det så är erfarenhet av läraryrket eller arbete som biträdande rektor meriterande. Du har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift med fokus på kommunikation och dialog med elever, föräldrar och personal. Du har ett gott bemötande och är tydlig i din kommunikation. Du har erfarenhet av att leda och är en närvarande och lyhörd rektor.

Körkort är ett krav.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av styrning och ledning samt erfarenhet av politiskt styrd verksamhet.

Du bör ha kunskap och erfarenhet kring arbete med budget och ekonomi, och de lagar som styr verksamheten med fokus på skollagstiftning, arbetsmiljölagen samt kommunallagen. Det nationella reformarbetet är en stor del av uppdraget under nästa termin och framåt.

Det är också meriterande om du har erfarenhet i dessa processer:

  • Erfarenhet av att hantera olika utmaningar och svårigheter som kan uppstå i en skolmiljö, och att utveckla effektiva strategier för att övervinna dem.
  • Erfarenhet av att mäta skolans resultat, utvärdera och tillsammans med lärare och övrig personal bidra till analys för att komma fram till förbättringsinitiativ.
  • Erfarenhet av att utveckla strategier för att främja elevernas lärande och välbefinnande.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Vik 6 mån med möjlighet till förlängning. . Omfattning: En tidsbegränsad anställning på 80 %
