Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Förderung von Menschen mit psychischer und/oder körperlicher Beeinträchtigung
  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung und Überwachung interner und externer Kundenaufträge im kaufmännischen Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Ausbildung von Lernenden im kaufmännischen Beruf mit dem zentralen Ziel der Integration in den freien Arbeitsmarkt
  • Erstellen von Ausbildungs\- und Abklärungsgrundlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten
  • Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben je nach Ressourcen und Eignung

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung
  • Abgeschlossene arbeitsagogische Weiterbildung oder Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung kaufmännischer Lernender von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Microsoft 365\-Kenntnisse (z.B. Teams), ERP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Empathie und Freude an der Förderung und Begleitung von Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung
  • Belastbare, offene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Direkt, kommunikativ mit positiver Grundhaltung
  • Prozessorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten mit organisatorischem Flair
