¡En Benito Roggio Ambiental estamos buscando Planificador/a de Mantenimiento para sumarse a nuestra unidad de negocio Tecsan!

📍 Ubicación: José León Suárez

🕒 Jornada laboral: Lunes a sábados de 8:00 a 16:00 hs.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Planificar las tareas diarias del equipo técnico, considerando el Plan de Mantenimiento, la disponibilidad de recursos (mano de obra y repuestos) y la operatividad de los equipos.
  • Monitorear y actualizar el listado de tareas planificadas, verificando la disponibilidad de materiales en almacén y gestionando la generación de requerimientos para los faltantes necesarios.
  • Brindar soporte en la gestión de solicitudes de materiales y requerimientos de compras del sector.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración y seguimiento de cronogramas (Gantt) para el control de tiempos de intervenciones críticas realizadas por personal interno y contratistas.
  • Realizar la verificación técnica de los repuestos y materiales recibidos en almacén.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) del área.
  • Mantener una interacción permanente con los supervisores de mantenimiento para garantizar la correcta comprensión y ejecución de las tareas planificadas.

Requisitos

✅ Formación técnica o universitaria afín.

✅ Experiencia mínima de 1 año en planificación o gestión de mantenimiento.

✅ Conocimientos de Sistemas de Gestión Integrados (SGI).

✅ Conocimientos en políticas y procedimientos de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.

✅ Contar con movilidad propia (Excluyente)
