Estamos en búsqueda de Supervisor/a de Parquización de Áreas Verdes para sumarse al equipo de Servicios Generales.

La posición tendrá a su cargo la coordinación y supervisión de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de parques, espacios verdes e instalaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene, y liderando al equipo operativo asignado.

Principales tareas:

  • Supervisar trabajos de parquización, mantenimiento de espacios verdes y conservación de ejemplares vegetales.
  • Coordinar al personal operativo a cargo, realizando seguimiento de tareas, asistencia, prioridades del servicio y cumplimiento de procedimientos internos.
  • Gestionar equipos de trabajo en contextos operativos, manteniendo una comunicación adecuada con colaboradores y representantes gremiales cuando corresponda.
  • Planificar y controlar tareas asociadas a la estacionalidad del servicio, como siembra, poda, riego, mantenimiento preventivo y otras intervenciones propias del ciclo de los espacios verdes.
  • Controlar el uso y estado de herramientas, vehículos, equipos e insumos asignados al sector.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, higiene y ambiente.

Lugar de trabajo: presencial, con tareas principalmente en campo.

Horario: lunes a viernes de 7 a 16 hs. y sábados de 7 a 12 hs.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Agrónoma, Paisajismo, Botánica o carreras afines. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente vinculadas al mantenimiento de parques, espacios verdes, servicios generales o áreas operativas.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos operativos.
  • Conocimientos técnicos sobre mantenimiento de parques, especies vegetales, tareas estacionales, momentos de siembra, poda y conservación de espacios verdes.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de plantas autóctonas y criterios de preservación de recursos naturales.
