Jouw waterwerk raakt ons allemaal

Zorgen voor schoon én gezond water is één van onze belangrijkste taken. Daar ga jij ons met jouw onderzoek bij helpen! Want jij zoekt uit wat het verband is tussen waterkwaliteit en klimaatfactoren als droogte en hitte. Daarvoor onderzoek je hoe veranderingen in het klimaat in het verleden invloed hadden op de waterkwaliteit. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat wij ons beter kunnen voorbereiden op de toekomst. Jij bent trots op jouw waterwerk als jouw onderzoek leidt tot een concreet en overtuigend advies waar het waterschap verder mee kan.

Dit raakt jou

  • Jij vindt het leuk om data op te schonen, te ordenen en goed te begrijpen. Dat komt goed uit, want je gaat aan de slag met allerlei grote datasets.
  • Jij ontdekt graag verbanden en trends. Daarvoor voer je statistische analyses uit.
  • Jij bewaart graag het overzicht én houdt van duidelijkheid. Daarom maak je heldere visualisaties, zodat in één oogopslag duidelijk wordt wat je hebt onderzocht.
  • Jij zoekt een stage waarin je écht impact maakt. En waarin je vrijheid krijgt om zelfstandig je opdracht op te pakken en je rol in te vullen.
  • Jij wordt enthousiast van een stage waarin je werkt aan een opdracht die ertoe doet, terwijl je tegelijk het waterschap beter leert kennen.

Je krijgt een stagecontract voor een half jaar. Je krijgt hiervoor een stagevergoeding van € 550,- per maand bij een fulltime stage. Ook heb je recht op vakantie en vrije dagen. Een paar keer per jaar brengen we stagiaires uit de hele organisatie samen om van elkaar te leren.

En je krijgt nog meer! We organiseren ieder jaar een afdelingsuitje en een groot en gezellig eindejaarsfeest. Waterschap Brabantse Delta heeft een actief jongerennetwerk voor alle collega’s tot en met 35 jaar.
