Du identifizierst dich stark mit einer Kultur, in der

  • technisch Full\-Stack\-Denken, Pair Programming, Whiteboard\-Sessions, Code Reviews, automatisiertes Testing und CI/CD mit mehreren produktiven Releases pro Tag normal sind. Teams übernehmen dabei echte End\-to\-End\-Verantwortung im Sinne von "You build it, you run it".
  • servant Leadership, wohlwollendes Feedback und die gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Menschen und Organisation zusammengehören.
  • Product eng mit Engineering zusammenarbeitet, Probleme in der Tiefe verstehen will, echte Agilität lebt, auf MVPs, kurze Iterationen und schnelles Lernen setzt und Entscheidungen konsequent aus Nutzer\- und Business\-Sicht trifft.

Wir passen gut zusammen, wenn du

  • Erfahrung in Domänen wie Einkauf, Produktdaten, Logistik oder ERP mitbringst oder dich allgemein im Umfeld von Business Applications und E\-Commerce gut auskennst
  • gerne die Ärmel hochkrempelst und bei den schwierigsten Probleme selbst anpackst
  • die beschriebene Engineering\-Kultur nicht nur kennst, sondern lebst, coachst und in der Organisation verankerst und mit wertschätzender Kommunikation unsere technische Exzellenz auf das nächste Level hebst
  • ein grossartiger Coach und ein Vorbild für die Engineers bist. Und technische Standards für Schnittstellen, Observability, Security und Resilience setzt
  • komplexe Architektur\-Challenges mit Ausdauer und Resilienz angehst, vereinfachst und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen als motivierender Leuchtturm wahrgenommen wirst.
  • Design Patterns pragmatisch von der Theorie in die Praxis übersetzen kannst und dich sicher in verteilten Systemen und unterschiedlichen Cloud\-Umgebungen bewegst
  • einen grossen Erfahrungsschatz im Umgang mit Legacy und Migrationsstrategien mitbringst, zum Beispiel bei Lift\-and\-Shift\-, Strangler\- oder Parallel\-Run\-Ansätzen
  • Konzepte wie DDD, SCS, Clean Architecture, Event Mesh, SOLID, Feature Flags oder Dependency Injection als Werkzeuge verstehst, die du strukturiert in der Organisation etablierst, und zugleich ein solides Verständnis für verteilte Systeme und DevOps\-Praktiken mitbringst
  • AI\-Tools wie GitHub Copilot oder Claude Code als selbstverständliche Werkzeuge betrachtest
  • Agentic Coding Workflows aktiv mitgestaltest und in der Engineering\-Organisation verankerst
  • einen strukturierten Architektur\-Review\-Prozess etablierst
  • mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in moderner Softwareentwicklung mitbringst und bereits sehr solide Erfahrung in der Domain\-Architektur gesammelt hast
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
