BRADCARE – Seeking Full Time & Part Time Female Community Care Assistants, With Driving Licences in Swadlincote Founded in 2005, Bradcare has proudly supported individuals and families across South Derbyshire for over 20 years. We are currently recruiting caring, reliable and committed Community Care Assistants to join our growing team. About the Role We have a variety of shifts available to suit different availability, including: Morning shifts Lunchtime shifts Tea-time shifts Evening shifts Weekend working as part of the care rota Full-time and part-time positions Additional hours where available Emergency cover where required As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes. You will work as part of a supportive, professional team delivering care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences and lifestyle. Areas We Cover We currently provide care services throughout: Swadlincote Linton Overseal Woodville Newhall Midway Church Gresley Castle Gresley Hartshorne Where possible, care rounds are allocated geographically to minimise travel time and support a positive work-life balance. As Bradcare continues to grow, opportunities may become available across additional areas within South Derbyshire and neighbouring communities. Key Responsibilities As a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting Supporting mobility, transfers and safe movement around the home Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex care needs Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties Maintaining accurate electronic care records in accordance with GDPR requirements Reporting safeguarding concerns or changes in wellbeing promptly Delivering care in line with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards Promoting independence, dignity, choice and respect at all times Why Join Bradcare?
