OUR MISSION

Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.

ABOUT BRAIN CO.

Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.

WHY NOW

Brain Co. is entering its next phase of production deployments on a national scale with an elite team built from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.

Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project here ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact.

You'll work alongside exceptional peers on some of the hardest problems in applied AI. It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Sales Ops sits within Finance & Strategy and partners directly with our CFO, sales leadership, and the general managers who lead our vertical and regional businesses.

- You will own the systems, processes, and data behind how Brain Co. sells, from pipeline and forecasting through pricing approvals and contract handoff.

- This role is for an operator with GTM systems and revenue operations experience who wants to build the function at a fast-growing AI company serving governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own our CRM and GTM systems, including configuration, data quality, integrations, and selection of new tools as the team grows.

- Run the weekly pipeline review and forecasting process with sales leadership and general managers, and connect bookings to the company's financial plan.

- Operate deal review and pricing approvals, and manage the handoff from signed contract to delivery and billing.

- Build dashboards and analyses on pipeline coverage, conversion, win rates, and sales cycles across verticals and regions.

- Support sales planning, including account segmentation, targets, and sales compensation administration.

- Identify where the sales process breaks down and design practical fixes that sellers will use.

WHO YOU ARE

- 3 to 7 years of experience, including time in consulting and in a Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations role at a high-growth B2B startup.

- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or HubSpot, including objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

- You have built or run a pipeline and forecasting process alongside sales leadership.

- Experience with deal desk or quote-to-cash processes, such as pricing approvals, contract terms, and handoff to billing.

- Strong analytical skills, including SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling, and comfort reconciling CRM data with finance data.

- You design processes that sales teams adopt, and you communicate clearly with sellers, executives, and finance.

- Nice to have: experience with complex enterprise or public sector sales cycles; international deals, particularly in the Middle East; CPQ, contract management, or sales compensation tools; Salesforce Administrator certification.

LOCATION

This role is based in San Francisco and requires working from the office at least three days per week.

COMPENSATION

We pay competitively for every role and back that with meaningful equity, because we want the people building Brain Co. to genuinely share in what we build together. Beyond salary and equity, we invest in country-specific benefits because we want our team to feel taken care of, not only compensated. The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $210,000. We publish this range for every role, as a matter of policy regardless of whether local law requires it. Actual pay will depend on skills, scope, and experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
