IN A NUTSHELL

Als unser Praktikant Influencer Marketing DACH (w/m/x) lernst du Creator Marketing von der Pike auf und unterstützt unser Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei spannenden Kampagnen. Du tauchst tief in die Welt von Instagram, TikTok & Co. ein, recherchierst neue Trends und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für eigene kleine Creator-Projekte.

Wenn du für Social Media brennst, extrem strukturiert arbeitest und Lust hast, Hands-on mitanzupacken, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du recherchierst, identifizierst und betreust neue Influencer-Nischen sowie Creator-Leads für unsere DACH-Kampagnen.
  • Du pflegst und erweiterst unsere Creator-Sourcing-Datenbank und hältst den Pipeline-Status stets aktuell.
  • Du analysierst aktuelle Social-Media-Trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) sowie Content-Formate und bringst frische Ideen ins Team ein.
  • Du unterstützt operativ bei Produkt-Launches, Kampagnen-Aktivitäten, Creator-Briefings und Influencer-Events.
  • Du übernimmst schrittweise die eigenständige Betreuung kleinerer Creator-Kooperationen und Aktivierungen.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bringst eine hohe Begeisterung für Social Media (Instagram, TikTok) mit und kennst aktuelle Trends und Creator-Formate.
  • Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, zuverlässig, detailorientiert und besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Du kommunizierst freundlich, selbstbewusst und drückst dich sowohl auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) als auch auf Englisch sehr gut aus.
  • Du bist neugierig, lernwillig, proaktiv und hast keine Scheu vor der aktiven Ansprache von Creator-Aspiranten.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media oder Marketing (z. B. durch Praktika oder eigene Projekte) sind ein Plus.
  • Du bist in Berlin ansässig oder bereit, nach Berlin zu ziehen. Wir verfolgen ein „office-first, remote-friendly“-Arbeitsmodell: Jedes Team hat zwei feste Office-Tage pro Woche, an denen die Zusammenarbeit und der persönliche Austausch im Vordergrund stehen.

  4. Triff deinen potenziellen Teamleiter: In einem Videotelefonat kannst du deinen zukünftigen Team Lead kennenlernen – online sprechen wir über fachliche Themen und den Arbeitsalltag.
  5. Treffen im Büro: Auch wenn es sehr bequem ist, sich online zu treffen, möchten wir dich gerne in unser Büro einladen, um dir die Möglichkeit zu geben, uns persönlich kennen zu lernen. Dabei lernst du auch Fabian, unseren CEO, kennen, der dir auch einige spannende Fakten über BRAINEFFECT und ganzheitliche Mind Nutrition erzählen kann.
