We are seeking a dynamic Academic Coordinator to join our team. This role involves leading and managing approximately 100 students and overseeing 10-12 tutors to ensure student progress and the achievement of milestones and targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have the ability to inspire both students and tutors. ## Responsibilities

  • Oversee the academic progress of approximately 100 students.
  • Manage and support a team of 10-12 tutors.
  • Ensure that educational milestones and targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student learning and tutor effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and tutor performance.
  • Collaborate with other staff to continuously improve the educational experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with students and educators.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve student outcomes.
