Bij CHEP zijn we op zoek naar een proactieve en analytische Coördinator Business Support die meehelpt de bedrijfsresultaten te beschermen via klantenaudits, data-analyse en samenwerking met stakeholders.

Deze functie combineert analytisch denkvermogen, klantcommunicatie en commercieel inzicht. Je gebruikt data om afwijkingen op te sporen, inzichten te verkrijgen en samen te werken met klanten en interne stakeholders om auditbevindingen op te lossen en positieve bedrijfsresultaten te realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Business Support Analyst fungeer je als een betrouwbare partner voor klanten en interne stakeholders. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte probleemoplossing en een uitstekende dienstverlening.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klantgegevens, voorraadgegevens en auditresultaten analyseren om afwijkingen en bedrijfsrisico’s te identificeren.
  • Complexe data vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen voor klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Auditbevindingen presenteren en klanten professioneel en constructief ondersteunen bij het bespreken van oplossingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Sales, Finance, Operations en Customer Teams om vraagstukken te onderzoeken en resultaten te realiseren.
  • Meerdere audits en businesscases tegelijkertijd beheren, met aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid en tijdige afronding.
  • Sterke klantrelaties opbouwen en gedurende het auditproces optreden als vertrouwde adviseur.
  • Rapporten, presentaties en klantcommunicatie opstellen ter ondersteuning van weloverwogen besluitvorming.
  • Mogelijkheden identificeren om processen, rapportering en algemene bedrijfsresultaten te verbeteren.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt een passie voor cijfers, analyses en rapportering, gecombineerd met het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice en het vermogen om sterke relaties op te bouwen met uiteenlopende stakeholders.

Gewenste ervaring en vaardigheden

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Sterke interesse in analytisch werk, met het vermogen om data te interpreteren en trends te herkennen.
  • Een eerste ervaring in klantenservice, business support, accountmanagement, operations, supply chain of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Uitstekende probleemoplossende en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om cross-functioneel samen te werken en stakeholders te beïnvloeden.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
  • Klantgerichte mindset met focus op continue verbetering.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en bedrijfssystemen.
