Om rollen

Hos Finit Deleie hjelper vi unge mennesker som har fått avslag på boliglån, mangler egenkapital eller har fått beskjed om å vente, med å kjøpe bolig – nå. Som kunderådgiver vil du ha totalansvar for dine kunder gjennom hele boligkjøpsprosessen. Dette er ikke en tradisjonell kundeservicejobb, men en operativ nøkkelrolle midt i boligtransaksjoner, økonomiske vurderinger og ekte livssituasjoner. Du vil håndtere flere saker parallelt i et høyt tempo, tett på både mennesker og økonomiske vurderinger.

Dine hovedoppgaver vil være

Behandle og vurdere søknader

Veilede kunder gjennom boligkjøpsprosessen

Vurdere boliger sammen med kunden

Bistå i budrunder og tidskritiske situasjoner

Koordinere mellom kunde, megler, bank og interne ressurser

Sørge for at kjøp faktisk blir gjennomført
