This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day field operations, and overseeing escalations within the region, while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

As the primary owner of field execution in your territory, you will act as the key point of contact for your team and regional operations, partnering closely with the Field Manager to deliver consistent results.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to own and lead field execution within a defined region
  • Exposure to a dynamic, fast-growing retail and field sales environment
  • Ongoing coaching, development, and career progression opportunities
  • Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Experts within your assigned region
  • Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and manage performance through ongoing feedback and reviews
  • Drive accountability and performance across the team, addressing gaps and implementing corrective action plans
  • Support team engagement through recognition, incentives, and team-building initiatives

Sales Performance & Execution

  • Own the delivery of retail sales performance within your region, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met

  • Motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed sales objectives

Training & Coaching

  • Support onboarding of new hires, including product knowledge and field protocols
  • Deliver ongoing in-field coaching, shadowing, and skill development (e.g., objection handling, closing techniques)
  • Reinforce consistent messaging, best practices, and alignment with company priorities

Field Operations & Regional Management

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations within your region, including scheduling, route planning, and coverage
  • Ensure adherence to call plans, visit schedules, and company policies (attendance, compliance, uniform standards)
  • Manage and resolve field-level operational issues, including retailer concerns, access challenges, and team-related issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports, time tracking, and required documentation

Escalations & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as the primary escalation point for field-related issues within your region
  • Resolve day-to-day retailer and operational concerns, escalating more complex issues to the Field Manager as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders within your territory
  • Represent company standards and brand expectations consistently in-market

Communication & Reporting

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage the performance of field-based teams
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving results and execution
  • Experience managing regional operations, scheduling, and field logistics
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
