En Brandcrops estamos en un momento de mucho movimiento, acompañando a marcas que quieren conectar mejor, profundizar más y crecer con estrategia. Para seguir aprendiendo y creciendo en equipo, queremos incorporar a una persona en prácticas que quiera formarse en gestión de cuentas dentro de una agencia.

Buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender, curiosidad por el mundo de las marcas y ganas de sumarse a un equipo que piensa y ejecuta con intención.

Imprescindible: contar con convenio de colaboración vigente con tu universidad o centro de estudios para poder formalizar las prácticas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Alguien con interés por la estrategia de marca, ganas de aprender sobre gestión de clientes y campañas 360, y que se sienta cómoda moviéndose entre contenido digital, creatividad y relación con personas. Alguien con actitud proactiva, que pregunte, proponga y se involucre.

¿Qué harás?

  • Dar soporte en la relación con clientes, ayudando a recoger y organizar sus necesidades. Así como en la captación de nuevos clientes y elaboración de propuestas para los mismos.
  • Colaborar en la traducción de briefings en oportunidades creativas junto con los equipos internos.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de contrabriefings y en la coordinación de briefings internos.
  • Apoyar en el control de presupuestos, timings y producción.
  • Ayudar a preparar propuestas y materiales de presentación para cliente.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos junto con equipos internos y externos.
  • Participar en plannings semanales con cliente y equipos internos.
  • Apoyar en gestiones internas del departamento (informes, presupuestos, facturación).
  • Utilizar herramientas como Google Suite, Excel, Trello, Gemini, Claude y ChatGPT como parte de tu día a día.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Estudiante o recién egresada de máster en Publicidad, ADE, Marketing, Comunicación o similar.
  • Convenio de prácticas vigente con tu universidad o centro de estudios (imprescindible).
  • Interés genuino por el mundo de las marcas y la gestión de cuentas.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Ganas de aprender herramientas de gestión y organización (Trello, Google Suite, Gemini o similares).
  • Proactividad, actitud de aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.
