  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Konzipient:innen und Anwält:innen
  • Juristische Recherchen in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten und Jurisdiktionen
  • Aktenbezogenes Arbeiten in laufenden Causen und Verfahren
  • Mitarbeit an juristischen Beurteilungen und Gutachten
  • Vorbereiten, Prüfen und Kommentieren von Verträgen und Schriftsätzen
  • Erstellen von Aktenvermerken zur internen Verwendung und zur Vorlage bei Mandant:innen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein laufendes, fortgeschrittenes juristisches Studium
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und den in unserer Kanzlei vertretenen Rechtsgebieten
  • Gegebenenfalls Praxisvorerfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei und im Umgang mit einer Anwaltssoftware
