Nous recherchons un(e) marchandiseur(e) dédié(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que travailleur(se) autonome.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de maintenir et d’optimiser la présentation des présentoirs de produits floraux et de noix emballées dans plusieurs magasins.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) visitera les magasins assignés 2 à 3 fois par semaine afin de s’assurer que les présentoirs sont attrayants, bien approvisionnés et correctement étiquetés.

Ce poste implique également la mise à jour des présentations saisonnières, la gestion des stocks et l’exécution des programmes marketing spécifiques à chaque magasin.

Heures : 18h par semaine

Possibilité de faire plus d’heures selon les besoins du contrat et l’expérience du candidat.

Responsabilités principales

Présentation & entretien des produits

  • Organiser et optimiser les présentoirs afin de maintenir une présentation propre, fraîche et attrayante
  • Réapprovisionner et mettre à jour les présentoirs de produits emballés selon les besoins
  • Ajuster les présentations saisonnières et les prix

Gestion des stocks & commandes

  • Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire et identifier les produits en faible stock
  • Passer des commandes afin de garantir des présentoirs toujours bien approvisionnés

Exécution des planogrammes

  • Suivre les planogrammes pour assurer un positionnement conforme aux standards du magasin
  • Mettre en place des présentations promotionnelles, têtes de gondole et autres programmes marketing

Rapports

  • Soumettre des rapports quotidiens documentant l’état des présentoirs, les niveaux d’inventaire et les actions effectuées lors de chaque visite

Collaboration

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel en magasin afin d’assurer le respect des standards de marchandisage

Entretien des plantes (floral uniquement)

  • Arroser et entretenir les fleurs et plantes selon leurs besoins spécifiques
  • Veiller à leur bon état et à leur apparence

Propreté & organisation

  • Maintenir l’espace floral propre et organisé
  • Éliminer les déchets et assurer un environnement soigné

Qualifications

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et efficace dans un environnement dynamique
  • À l’aise pour marcher et rester debout pendant de longues périodes
  • Excellente attention aux détails et sens de l’organisation
  • Flexibilité pour s’adapter aux besoins du marché et aux demandes des magasins
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à créer des relations avec le personnel en magasin
  • Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 45 lb
  • Accès à un moyen de transport fiable pour se déplacer entre plusieurs points de vente
  • Connaissances en entretien des plantes (atout, mais non requis)
