Buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketplace para ser dono(a) de canal na Toda Up, alguém que assume dois dos nossos marketplaces de ponta a ponta (com foco em Shopee e Amazon) e responde pelo resultado: faturamento, margem, estratégia, gestão de mídia e otimização. Buscamos um perfil analítico, proativo e movido a resultado, confortável em decidir rápido e com autonomia, num time que lida com demandas intensas e simultâneas todos os dias.

Responsabilidades e atribuições No seu dia a dia na Toda Up, você vai fazer na prática:Ser dono(a) de dois canais (Shopee e Amazon), respondendo diretamente pelo faturamento e pela margem de cada um.Definir e executar a estratégia comercial dos canais: precificação, promoções, cupons e calendário comercial.Gerir a mídia/Ads dos marketplaces, otimizando investimento e ROAS.Otimizar os anúncios de ponta a ponta (título, ficha técnica, descrição, conteúdo e imagens) e o SEO, para ganhar posição e conversão.Analisar a performance dos canais e transformar dado em decisão — dizer o que subir, o que pausar e onde há margem.Acompanhar a saúde das contas, reputação e políticas de cada marketplace.Atuar de perto com as áreas de Operações (logística) e Criativos (imagens e conteúdo dos anúncios).Gerenciamento de lives nos canais
