We are seeking a dynamic IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to manage staff while driving IT initiatives that support our business goals. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT projects to ensure they meet company standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for IT security and data management.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.

  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
  • Ability to manage personnel.
