Você atuará em projetos voltados para clientes do segmento wholesale, incluindo operadoras de telecomunicações e provedores dedicados de serviços de internet, com foco em grandes volumes de contratação de circuitos last mile. O profissional será responsável por acompanhar a implantação dos serviços contratados, atuando como interface entre os clientes e as áreas internas da empresa (engenharia, configuração, operação e campo), garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade da entrega. Local de trabalhoRua Paula Ramos, Capoeiras, Florianópolis - Santa Catarina, 88080-400, BrasiResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades: Ser o ponto de contato com os clientes durante a fase de implantação de serviços. Acompanhar o andamento dos projetos de instalação de circuitos last mile. Realizar o acolhimento inicial dos clientes (boas-vindas) e explicar os próximos passos do projeto. Analisar tecnicamente o que foi vendido e projetado versus o que está sendo entregue. Elaborar e manter cronogramas de projeto atualizados. • Alinhar com áreas técnicas (engenharia, configuração e operação de campo) para garantir a entrega conforme o escopo. Gerar relatórios de status e manter os clientes atualizados sobre o andamento das entregas. Apoiar a identificação e resolução de impedimentos técnicos e operacionais. Garantir a comunicação clara e eficiente com todas as partes envolvidas no projeto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Formação superior em Engenharia, Telecomunicações, Tecnologia da Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatasConhecimentos básicos em redes de telecomunicações (last mile, backbone, CPEs, etc.). Desejáveis noções de gerenciamento de projetos (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) e conhecimentos em licitações.Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Habilidade para lidar com múltiplos stakeholders e trabalhar em equipe. Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a prazos.Diferenciais: Experiência anterior em empresas de telecom ou com atendimento a operadoras/provedores.
