Venha trabalhar com a gente! ;)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na sustentação e administração dos ambientes de Cloud, com foco principal em AWS;Atender requisições e incidentes relacionados aos serviços de nuvem, realizando análise, troubleshooting e acompanhamento até a resolução;Apoiar o provisionamento e configuração de recursos AWS, seguindo os padrões de arquitetura, segurança e governança definidos pela companhia;Apoiar a administração de acessos, permissões e credenciais dos ambientes Cloud, seguindo as políticas de segurança estabelecidas;Acompanhar a disponibilidade, capacidade e utilização dos recursos em nuvem, identificando situações que necessitem de atuação ou otimização;Apoiar atividades relacionadas a serviços AWS como EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, VPC e serviços correlatos;Contribuir com a documentação dos ambientes, procedimentos operacionais e soluções implementadas;Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Infraestrutura, Desenvolvimento, Segurança e Produção na resolução de problemas relacionados aos ambientes Cloud;Apoiar, secundariamente, iniciativas de monitoramento e observabilidade, contribuindo para a evolução de alertas, dashboards e monitoração dos ambientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos básicos de computação em nuvem, preferencialmente AWS;Conhecimento básico de alguns dos principais serviços AWS, como EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC e CloudWatch;Conhecimentos básicos de Linux e redes, incluindo conceitos como DNS, portas, protocolos, conectividade e troubleshooting;Noções de segurança em Cloud, especialmente gestão de identidades, permissões e controle de acesso;Capacidade de analisar problemas técnicos, buscar soluções e atuar em conjunto com outras equipes;Interesse em se desenvolver tecnicamente na área de Cloud Computing;Organização, capacidade de aprendizado, iniciativa e boa comunicação.
