O que estará sobre seus cuidados: Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Resseguros Sênior para atuar na estruturação e negociação de contratos de resseguro, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade dos resultados do negócio e para a mitigação de riscos da companhia.Essa posição terá papel estratégico no relacionamento com resseguradoras, corretoras e áreas internas, apoiando a construção de soluções que garantam proteção adequada às operações da seguradora, sempre em conformidade com as normas regulatórias e diretrizes internas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que é importante você ter?Apoiar as áreas de Produtos e Subscrição na identificação e estruturação de programas de resseguro.Avaliar e revisar contratos de resseguro, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e adequação de coberturas.Conduzir processos de negociação com resseguradoras, buscando as melhores condições técnicas e comerciais.Propor renegociações e aprimoramentos contratuais alinhados às necessidades do negócio.Garantir a conformidade dos contratos com normas internas e regulamentações aplicáveis, incluindo exigências da SUSEP.Monitorar mudanças regulatórias e seus impactos sobre a estratégia de resseguros.Acompanhar o desempenho dos contratos e das resseguradoras parceiras, atuando de forma proativa na gestão de desvios e oportunidades.Facilitar a resolução de questões contratuais e operacionais com diferentes stakeholders.Construir relacionamento próximo e colaborativo com áreas internas e parceiros externos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Atuariais, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em resseguros, seguros ou mercado financeiro com atuação em análise e negociação.Conhecimento em seguros e resseguros.Inglês intermediário a avançado para leitura e conversação.Excel e Pacote Office em nível avançado.DiferenciaisExperiência em seguradoras, resseguradoras ou corretoras de resseguro.Vivência em negociações técnicas e comerciais com parceiros de mercado.Conhecimento de produtos do segmento agro.Informações adicionais
