Job Description

1. Principais atividades a serem realizadas:

  • Atuar na área de Manutenção como Engenheiro(a) responsável da área de Civil Industrial e Predial, na avaliação de fundações, estruturas metálicas, tanques e pisos industriais para identificar desgaste, fissuras ou deformações;
  • Executar obras de reforço em bases de equipamentos sujeitos a vibração e cargas dinâmicas, além de reparos em concreto e aço;
  • Detectar problemas como corrosão, fadiga e impactos da agressividade química do ambiente sobre estruturas e materiais;
  • Apoiar a instalação e manutenção de tubulações, canaletas e sistemas de drenagem para evitar acúmulo de resíduos e riscos ambientais;
  • Planejar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva;
  • Garantir que todas as intervenções estejam alinhadas às normas técnicas, ambientais e de segurança operacional;
  • Atuar principalmente na inspeção, reforço e recuperação de estruturas críticas, garantindo segurança, durabilidade e conformidade ambiental, monitorar patologias estruturais, apoio à manutenção de sistemas industriais e gestão de ativos;
  • Supervisão de edifícios administrativos, laboratórios, almoxarifados e áreas de apoio, incluindo manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Inspeção e reparo de vias internas, estacionamentos e pisos industriais sujeitos a tráfego pesado;
  • Garantir funcionamento de redes de água potável, esgoto, drenagem pluvial e combate a incêndio;
  • Apoiar a manutenção de iluminação, tomadas, quadros elétricos prediais e sistemas de emergência;
  • Manutenção de cercas, muros, guaritas, portarias e sistemas de acesso físico;
  • Fiscalização de empresas Parceiras, acompanhamento de Contratos, construção de MD (Memorial Descritivo) para contatação de novos serviços;
  • Responsável pela fiscalização das medições de serviço (BM’s) de sua frente de atuação;
  • Análise crítica dos indicadores de manutenção;
  • Elaboração e programação de plano de manutenção;
  • Responsável por planejar, aplicar e controlar ações e gestão de SSMA das suas frentes;
  • Gerenciar recursos, como equipamentos, materiais e suprimentos, necessários para a manutenção e operação das instalações;
  • Controlar custos relacionados à manutenção e operação das instalações;
  • Gerenciar projetos de civil e facilities, incluindo a criação de cronogramas, orçamentos e planos de ação.

2. Requisitos para a vaga:

  • Ter formação de nível superior em Engenharia Civil, Registro no CREA sendo desejável experiência prática na área de manutenção, conhecimentos em metodologias de análise de falhas e visão estratégica de negócios;
  • Ter trabalhado em área correlatas a Manutenção e Gestão projetos: Planejamento/Gestão Manutenção/Confiabilidade e ou outra onde o profissional teve oportunidade de atuar em interfaces multidisciplinares;
  • Experiência na área de Manutenção, preferencialmente em Indústrias Químicas/Petroquímicas, Petróleo & Gás ou similares;
  • Projetos e execução de obras em solo;
  • Fundações e hidráulica: Essenciais para obras industriais pesadas;
  • Fiscalização técnica e administrativa: Controle de contratos de bens e serviços;
  • Gestão de projetos: Planejamento e execução de obras complexas;
  • Normas técnicas e regulatórias: ABNT, NR’s e padrões internacionais.

3. Perfil da vaga:

  • Ter comprometimento com prazo e um bom relacionamento interpessoal;
