Responsável por supervisionar e assegurar a execução do Plano de Segurança do Trabalho da unidade, coordenando ações preventivas, implementando projetos e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de normas, procedimentos e práticas de segurança. Atuar na identificação e mitigação de riscos ocupacionais, no acompanhamento de indicadores e na promoção de melhorias contínuas, garantindo o alinhamento às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e às diretrizes internas da empresa, fortalecendo a cultura de segurança e a prevenção de acidentes no ambiente industrial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições-Supervisionar as inspeções técnicas na área de segurança e higiene ocupacional; -Colaborar no desenvolvimento de normas e procedimentos da área de segurança do trabalho; -Inspecionar locais de trabalho no que se relaciona com a Segurança do Trabalho, delimitando áreas de periculosidade; -Realizar investigação de acidentes e incidentes; -Especificar, controlar e fiscalizar sistemas de proteção coletiva e equipamentos de segurança, inclusive os de proteção individual e os de proteção contra incêndio; -Elaborar manuais sobre prevenção de riscos em geral no ambiente de trabalho; -Zelar pela guarda, conservação, manutenção e limpeza dos equipamentos, instrumentos e materiais utilizados, bem como do local de trabalho; -Realizar treinamento dos membros da brigada de incêndio, através de instrução e simulações de sinistros e ações devidas de combate aos mesmos de acordo com a Legislação; -Emitir relatórios diversos sobre as atividades da sua área de atuação e das condições de segurança e higiene das dependências da empresa, periodicamente; -Monitorar a gestão de EPIs, EPCs e programas implantados; -Colaborar com a CIPA em seus programas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo, nas áreas de Engenharia Segurança do Trabalho, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas correlatasMínimo 12 meses de EmpresaDomínio Pacote OfficeConhecimento básico das Normas Regulamentadoras(NRs)Noções de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Saúde Ocupacional
