Aqui, o nosso atendimento é baseado em relacionamento. Não trabalhamos com scripts mecânicos, discadores, tempo mínimo de atendimento ou operações frias. A ideia é entender a situação de cada cliente e buscar, junto com ele, a melhor solução.

💼 No dia a dia, você irá:

• Analisar situações financeiras e realizar contatos com clientes

• Negociar prazos e condições de pagamento

• Orientar clientes e esclarecer dúvidas

• Emitir segunda via de boletos

• Acompanhar acordos e processos de recuperação

• Manter um relacionamento próximo durante todo o processo

⏰ Segunda a sexta, 09h às 18h + sábado, 09h às 13h
