Responsabilidades e atribuições ☑️ Realizar conciliações bancárias, conferindo movimentações financeiras e identificando possíveis divergências entre extratos bancários e registros internos;☑️ Analisar e tratar inconsistências identificadas nas conciliações, buscando a regularização das pendências junto às áreas responsáveis;☑️ Conferir lançamentos financeiros e assegurar a integridade e a precisão das informações registradas nos sistemas;☑️ Elaborar e atualizar planilhas de controle e acompanhamento das conciliações financeiras;☑️ Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e o acompanhamento de indicadores da área financeira;☑️ Contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e otimização dos processos financeiros;☑️ Participar de iniciativas, processos e projetos voltados à melhoria contínua das rotinas da área; ☑️ Realizar baixas de pagamentos nos sistemas financeiros, garantindo a correta atualização dos registros e a consistência das informações;

☑️ Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos, procedimentos internos e controles estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificações 🔹 Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;🔹 Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, com habilidade para utilização frequente de planilhas e controles financeiros;🔹 Vivência em conciliação bancária ou em rotinas financeiras correlatas;🔹 Vivência e/ou atuação em processos e projetos;🔹 Perfil analítico, organização e atenção aos detalhes;🔹 Comprometimento com prazos, qualidade das informações e resolução de divergências.Será um diferencial:🔹 Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas a Finanças, Administração ou Ciências Contábeis.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação ou refeição (bandeira Pluxxe/Sodexo)Assistência Unimed - colaborador e dependente (coparticipação)Vale Transporte (municipal)- não descontaPPR - 1 salário - habilitado de acordo as metas estipuladasSeguro de Vida
