Garantir o suporte operacional do Canal Click, apoiando vendedores e clientes na utilização da ferramenta e contribuindo para a estabilidade, evolução e adoção do canal. Atuar no acompanhamento de demandas, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e execução das rotinas necessárias para o bom funcionamento da operação digital.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar atendimento e suporte a vendedores e clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas à utilização do Click.Apoiar os usuários na utilização das principais funcionalidades da ferramenta, como cadastro, consulta de produtos, carrinho, pedidos, promoções e demais recursos disponíveis.Realizar treinamentos e capacitações para a equipe de vendas, orientando sobre a utilização do Click, novas funcionalidades, campanhas e boas práticas de uso do canal.Apoiar a elaboração de materiais de treinamento e conteúdos de apoio para a equipe comercial, como tutoriais, FAQs, comunicados e vídeos curtos.Registrar, acompanhar e dar retorno sobre tickets relacionados a erros, inconsistências, dúvidas e solicitações de melhoria junto ao time de Produto/Tecnologia.Monitorar ocorrências e identificar erros, inconsistências e dificuldades recorrentes na utilização do canal.Consolidar feedbacks dos usuários e reportar recorrências, impactos e oportunidades de melhoria ao PO e à área Digital.Apoiar testes e validações de novas funcionalidades, correções e evoluções do Click antes e após sua disponibilização aos usuários.Apoiar processos de implantação, comunicação e adoção de novas funcionalidades, campanhas e iniciativas do canal.Disponibilizar e operacionalizar listas sugeridas de produtos de acordo com ações promocionais, campanhas vigentes e direcionamentos do Trade.Apoiar a execução operacional de campanhas comerciais e ações de incentivo ao uso do canal digital.Solicitar e acompanhar a criação de materiais de comunicação e divulgação do canal, como banners, imagens e peças para campanhas.Apoiar a comunicação de indisponibilidades, mudanças, novas funcionalidades e orientações relevantes aos usuários do Click.Manter registros das principais ocorrências, dúvidas e demandas, contribuindo para a identificação de causas recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria.
