Estamos buscando uma pessoa que saiba criar confiança com públicos diversos e transformar escuta em ação para atuar no Link Labs, o squad de inovação da área de Student Affairs. Seu papel será ser o ponto de vínculo entre a Link e as pessoas que fazem o ecossistema acontecer: lideranças das Comunidades e Ligas estudantis, alumni, founders e parceiros, conectando todos eles a iniciativas de ideação e novos negócios.

O que fará parte do seu dia a dia:

  • Definir a proposta de valor do Link Labs por perfil de aluno e desenhar jornadas de engajamento;
  • Conduzir escuta qualitativa com alunos, lideranças e alumni por meio de entrevistas, grupos e conversas recorrentes;
  • Ser o principal ponto de contato das lideranças das Comunidades e Ligas, mantendo rituais com presidentes e diretorias e acompanhando a saúde de cada comunidade;
  • Identificar comunidades com baixa atividade ou conflitos e agir preventivamente, apoiando também a transição de lideranças entre semestres;
  • Operar o funil da comunidade empreendedora (ideação, validação e suporte), acompanhando os negócios e conectando-os a founders, alumni e mentores;
  • Liderar o Programa Alumni: estratégia de relacionamento, segmentação, régua de contato e ações dedicadas e integrativas com alunos (mentorias, talks e give back);
  • Manter a base de alumni organizada e atualizada;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com founders, investidores, especialistas e parceiros, ativando e mantendo parcerias e a rede de convidados das iniciativas;
  • Registrar as conexões geradas entre alunos e ecossistema (mentorias, investimentos, contratações e parcerias);
  • Contribuir com a curadoria de temas, cases e convidados para workshops, talks e oficinas de ideação.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência em gestão de comunidades, customer success, organizações estudantis, programas de jovens ou ecossistema empreendedor;
  • Rede ou vivência em startups, aceleradoras, fundos ou comunidades de founders;
  • Facilidade para construir confiança com públicos diferentes, de lideranças estudantis a investidores;
  • Capacidade de mediar conflitos e conduzir conversas difíceis;
  • Disciplina de follow-up e organização de bases de relacionamento (CRM, Notion ou similares);
  • Conforto com indicadores no dia a dia e escrita clara;
  • Repertório de empreendedorismo e inovação, incluindo o ecossistema de São Paulo;
  • Inglês funcional para interação com convidados e parceiros internacionais;
  • Perfil colaborativo, para atuar em squad sabendo quando liderar e quando contribuir.
