Här får du arbeta brett med ekonomi, nära verksamheten och med möjlighet att själv strukturera ditt dagliga arbete. Om tjänsten Det här är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid som varar i cirka tre månader. Du blir anställd av Bravura och arbetar som konsult hos kundföretaget i Malmö. Om företaget Mer information ges vid intervjutillfället. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som ekonomiassistent ansvarar du för stora delar av företagets löpande ekonomiarbete och ser till att de dagliga ekonomiflödena fungerar korrekt. Du arbetar självständigt med såväl leverantörs- och kundreskontra som betalningar, bokföring, avstämningar och rapportering av moms och arbetsgivardeklarationer. Du arbetar även tillsammans med CFO med förberedelser och avstämningar inför månadsbokslut. Rollen innehåller även vissa kontorsrelaterade och koordinerande uppgifter.

Löpande bokföring samt kund- och leverantörsreskontra

Hantering av in- och utbetalningar, samt bank- och kontoavstämningar

Momsredovisning och arbetsgivardeklaration

Förberedelser och avstämningar inför månadsbokslut

Löpande ekonomiadministration samt kontorsrelaterade och koordinerande uppgifter

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper Några års erfarenhet av löpande ekonomiarbete, inklusive bokföring samt kund- och leverantörsreskontra

Erfarenhet av avstämningar och momsredovisning

Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ekonomi- eller ERP-system

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller redovisning är meriterande.

Erfarenhet av månadsbokslut, löneadministration och/eller arbete i verksamhet med flera juridiska enheter är meriterande.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara bekväm med att komma in i en ny verksamhet och relativt snabbt ta över det löpande ekonomiarbetet. Du sätter dig självständigt in i rutiner och processer, prioriterar vad som behöver göras och driver arbetet framåt utan tät uppföljning. Din tidigare praktiska erfarenhet gör att du känner dig trygg i ekonomiarbetet och kan bidra från ett tidigt skede i uppdraget.
