Zur Verstärkung unserer Aktivitäten in China suchen wir einen engagierten Production & Technical Engineer (China). Die Position ist als 100% Remote-Stelle in China (Shenzhen) ausgelegt. Mit deiner Unterstützung werden Herausforderungen schneller gelöst und Projekte effizient umgesetzt.

DAS IST DEIN JOB

Du unterstützt die Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Industrialisierung unserer Produkte direkt vor Ort und fungierst als technische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Partnern in China und unserem Team in Deutschland.

  • Unterstützung bei Produktionsanläufen, Pilotserien und der Serienfertigung
  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Produktions-, Qualitäts- und technischen Problemen vor Ort
  • Begleitung von Produkttests, Validierungen und technischen Änderungen
  • Überwachung von Fertigungsprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Regelmäßige Besuche unseres EMS-Partners in Shenzhen sowie von Lieferantenstandorten in ganz China
  • Durchführung von Prozessaudits und Fertigungsbewertungen
  • Koordination technischer und qualitätsrelevanter Aktivitäten zwischen Lieferanten, EMS-Partnern und dem Team in Deutschland
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Statusupdates und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei allen Projekten und Aufgaben, die eine Präsenz vor Ort erfordern

CHECKLISTE

[ ] Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Elektronik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit.

[ ] Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung gesammelt, insbesondere in den Bereichen EMS, SMT, PCBA, Prüfung oder Montage.

[ ] Du bringst Erfahrung mit Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrollen mit.

[ ] Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich. Außerdem bringst du ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit.

[ ] Du besitzt sehr gute Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

[ ] Mehrere Themen parallel zu koordinieren und voranzutreiben sind für dich keine Herausforderung, sondern eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

[ ] Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Chinas und auch zum Stammhaus in Ettlingen/Deutschland gehören für dich dazu.

[ ] Du sprichst fließend Mandarin.

[ ] Du beherrschst Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.

[ ] Dein Plus: Deutschkenntnisse
