As a member of the program leadership team, the Site Coordinator fosters staff development, operational excellence, and collaboration to support positive client outcomes and effective program performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, supervision, and support to the program's 24-hour Operations team, including Shift Supervisors, Community Technicians, and other assigned frontline staff. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, safety, and high-quality client care.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, coach, train, and develop frontline staff. Ensure performance expectations are met through regular feedback, performance management, succession planning, and staff development initiatives.

  • Oversee daily residential and operational activities to maintain a safe, structured, and client-centered environment. Monitor client supervision, dormitory operations, activities of daily living (ADL) support, meal services, facility operations, and overall program functioning.
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage across shifts and provide after-hours operational support in accordance with established on-call procedures. Respond to critical incidents, urgent operational concerns, and other situations requiring management intervention.
  • Conduct regular observations, audits, and quality assurance reviews to evaluate staff performance, operational practices, documentation, and compliance with agency, program, contractual, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with BRC policies and procedures, DHS requirements, fire safety standards, and all other applicable operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of incident reports, logs, inventory records, operational documentation, and other required reports. Monitor program supplies and coordinate purchasing needs as appropriate.
  • Serve as a member of the program's management and multidisciplinary leadership teams, collaborating with clinical, medical, facilities, administrative, and operations staff to support coordinated service delivery and continuity of care. Partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator to ensure effective program leadership and uninterrupted client services during leadership absences.
  • Maintain direct engagement with clients and support client-centered services by participating in case conferences, dorm meetings, client groups, and other engagement activities as appropriate to program operations and staffing structures.
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, providing operational leadership and emergency First Aid/CPR assistance which may occur after scheduled hours.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in homeless services, residential programs, behavioral health, or other human services settings.
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience managing 24/7 residential or shelter operations.
  • Demonstrated success in staff development, team building, and operational leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
