DAS IST DEIN JOB

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung.
  • Selbständig prüfst und buchst du entsprechende Geschäftsvorfälle in unserem Buchungssystem.
  • Du verwaltest und kontrollierst Bankkontoauszüge.
  • Du verantwortest debitorenseitig das Mahnwesen und kümmerst dich um die entsprechenden Vorgänge und die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
  • Du verantwortest die Verarbeitung und das Buchen von Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Kontoabstimmungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

CHECKLISTE

[ ] Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.

[ ] Du hast mind. 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, idealerweise mit Sage.

[ ] Du bist ein Organisationstalent und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.

[ ] Du kommunizierst sicher, freundlich und lösungsorientiert mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern.

[ ] Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.

[ ] Du bist durchsetzungsstark, denkst mit und arbeitest gerne im Team.

[ ] Du nutzt PC- und Office-Anwendungen geschickt für deinen Arbeitsalltag.
