Sobre la empresa Nuestro cliente es un ISP de fibra óptica verticalmente integrado, con más de 100,000 suscriptores en Latinoamérica, y estamos lanzando operaciones en Ciudad de México. Buscamos a la persona que va a liderar la operación en campo desde cero.

El rol Reportando al VP de Infraestructura, vas a ser responsable de construir, operar y escalar la operación en CDMX: armar el equipo, adaptar los procesos, gestionar contratistas y ser la autoridad operativa de la ciudad. No es un rol de coordinación, es un rol de construcción.

Responsabilidades principales

- Liderar el ciclo completo de servicio: relevamiento, viabilidad, despliegue de red, instalación y soporte postventa.

- Diseñar y gestionar un modelo de capacidad híbrido (equipo propio + contratistas), conforme a la Reforma al Outsourcing 2021, con los mismos estándares de calidad en toda la cadena.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLAs: tiempos de instalación, MTTR, éxito en primera visita.

- Crear y documentar el playbook operativo de CDMX, pensado para replicarse en futuras ciudades.

- Gestionar permisos y relaciones con alcaldías, administraciones de edificios y dueños de infraestructura (postes, ductos).

- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio (NOM-001-SEDE, IFT, TIA/EIA-568B, HSEQ) y la seguridad del equipo en campo.

- Definir y dar seguimiento a KPIs operativos, y presentar reportes ejecutivos con foco en riesgos y planes de acción.

Qué buscamos

- Experiencia construyendo y operando equipos de campo en Ciudad de México (alcaldías, sindicatos, permisos de paso).

- Experiencia en telecomunicaciones o infraestructura de red.

- Manejo de equipos mixtos (propios y contratistas) a escala.

- Perfil ejecutor: cuando algo se bloquea, lo destrabás sin esperar instrucciones.

- Capacidad para leer KPIs y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

- Conocimiento del marco regulatorio de telecomunicaciones en México.
