Como Asesor Técnico Comercial para Latinoamérica Norte, serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico especializado a clientes, proveedores y equipos comerciales, impulsando el desarrollo de formulaciones innovadoras y soluciones de alto valor agregado. Actuarás como un referente técnico para identificar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes estratégicos en la región. Esta posición combina conocimiento técnico, cercanía con el mercado y colaboración con equipos multiculturales para acelerar el crecimiento y la diferenciación de nuestras soluciones.

Responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte técnico a clientes, proveedores y equipos comerciales en el desarrollo de formulaciones, recetas y aplicaciones especiales.
  • Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de nuevos proyectos y alinear especificaciones con clientes y proveedores.
  • Desarrollar nuevas formulaciones y soluciones innovadoras para diferentes segmentos y aplicaciones del mercado.
  • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar pruebas de laboratorio y validaciones técnicas para nuevos desarrollos.
  • Analizar resultados de pruebas y presentar recomendaciones técnicas a clientes junto con los equipos comerciales.
  • Identificar y recomendar ubicaciones o capacidades de producción adecuadas para formulaciones específicas.
  • Compartir conocimientos sobre aplicaciones, tendencias del mercado y mejores prácticas con los equipos comerciales para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio en la región.

Habilidades

  • Sólido conocimiento técnico en formulación, desarrollo de aplicaciones y evaluación de materias primas químicas.
  • Capacidad para transformar requerimientos técnicos en soluciones comerciales orientadas al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación para interactuar con audiencias técnicas y comerciales.
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar resultados de laboratorio y desarrollar recomendaciones basadas en datos.
  • Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico y regional.
  • Fuerte orientación al cliente y enfoque en la resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multiculturales y multifuncionales.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia en soporte técnico, desarrollo de aplicaciones, formulación o funciones técnico-comerciales dentro de la industria química o sectores relacionados.
  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de formulaciones, validación de productos y ejecución de pruebas de laboratorio.
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos de ventas para impulsar oportunidades comerciales mediante soluciones técnicas.
  • Trayectoria trabajando con clientes industriales y gestionando proyectos de desarrollo de productos o aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en entornos regionales o internacionales será considerada una ventaja.

Formación Académica

  • Título universitario en Química, Ingeniería Química, Farmacia o carreras afines.
  • Estudios de posgrado o especialización en formulación, desarrollo de productos o áreas relacionadas serán valorados.
  • Formación complementaria en aplicaciones industriales, innovación o gestión de proyectos será considerada una ventaja.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito. El portugués será considerado un diferencial.
