Ben jij een nauwkeurige administratieve duizendpoot met een sterk gevoel voor cijfers? Werk je graag in teamverband en heb je interesse in projectondersteuning binnen een creatieve omgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken!

Als administratief medewerker ondersteun je zowel de projectteams als de interne werking van het kantoor. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met analytisch inzicht en helpt zo het bureau verder te doen groeien en ontwikkelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en taken

1. Projectadministratie (± 65%)

· Controle en verwerking van inschrijvingen voor overheidsopdrachten

· Rekenkundig nazicht aanbestedingen en offertes

· Berekenen en analyseren van eenheidsprijzen

· Opstellen en opvolgen van nulstaten en vorderingsstaten

· Controleren van berekeningen, coëfficiënten en inhoudelijke correctheid

· Signaleren van afwijkingen of fouten aan projectmanagers

· Opmaak van proces-verbalen en controle met facturen

· Ondersteuning bij wedstrijden (dossiers samenstellen, indienen via e-procurement, opvolging)

· Verzamelen en actualiseren van administratieve documenten (attesten, referenties, CV’s, …)

· Evaluatie en rapportering van wedstrijddossiers

2. Algemene administratie (± 35%)

· Telefoonpermanentie en onthaal van bezoekers

· Beheer van algemene kantoortaken (bestellingen, vergaderplanning, opvolging materiaal, permanentielijsten personeel)

· Opmaak agenda’s en verslagen van teamvergaderingen

Wie zijn wij?

Bressers Architecten, gevestigd aan het station Dampoort te Gent, is een multidisciplinair architectenbureau van 40 medewerkers met meerdere expertises: erfgoed, herbestemming, architectuur, onderzoek, interieur en projectontwikkeling. Tussen die expertises vindt een inspirerende kruisbestuiving plaats.

We streven ernaar plekken van blijvende waarde te creëren met ontwerpen die verbinden. Daarvoor vertrekken we steeds vanuit de context. Verder staan in onze aanpak een kwalitatief onderzoekend ontwerptraject, architecturaal experiment en een gedragen samenwerking centraal.

Jouw profiel

· Minstens een professionele of academische bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)

· J e hebt minimaal 5 jaar beroepservaring

· Je bent een echte teamspeler en communiceert vlot met collega’s en externe partners

· Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht

· Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt graag met cijfers

· Je kan zelfstandig en op een efficiënte wijze taken aanpakken, uitwerken en afhandelen

· Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee

· Je beschikt over sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden

· Je bent bereid opleidingen te volgen en je kennis te vernieuwen

· Je hebt een sterke kennis van Office-pakket, met nadruk op Microsoft Excel

· Ervaring met Adobe Indesign en e-procurement is een pluspunt

· Kennis van boekhouding is een pluspunt
