Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Pflege, Wartung und Aktualisierung der IT-Systeme, Anpassung an veränderte Anforderungen
  • Installation, Vernetzung und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen intern und beim Kunden
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Anwenderunterstützung und Second-Level-Support
  • Planung von Systemlösungen sowie Beratung zu Auswahl und Einsatz von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation
  • Einweisung und Schulung von Anwendern

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker der Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken; Berufseinsteiger mit einschlägiger Ausbildung werden eingearbeitet.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld ist von Vorteil.

Fachkenntnisse

  • Netzwerktechnik: TCP/IP, Subnetting, Switching, VLAN, Routing, WLAN, Firewall, VPN, DNS und DHCP.
  • Serverbetriebssysteme und Verzeichnisdienste: Windows Server, Active Directory bzw. Entra ID, Linux-Grundlagen.
  • Virtualisierung und Storage sowie Datensicherungs- und Wiederherstellungsverfahren.
  • Client- und Endgeräteverwaltung, Softwareverteilung, Patch- und Lizenzmanagement.
  • Microsoft 365 oder vergleichbare Cloud-Dienste in Administration und Absicherung.
  • IT-Sicherheit: Berechtigungskonzepte, Härtung, Verschlüsselung, Monitoring, Erkennung und Behandlung von Vorfällen.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Skripting zur Automatisierung, etwa PowerShell oder Bash.
  • Kenntnisse industrieller IT- und Edge-Systeme, etwa Windows IoT, Fernwartung und Remote-Management, sind für die Kundenprojekte von BRESSNER von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketsystem, Dokumentationswerkzeugen und ERP-System.

Sprachen

  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere für Hersteller- und Produktdokumentation sowie für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der HIPER-Gruppe.

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick beim Umgang mit Systemkomponenten.
  • Konzeptionelle Fähigkeit, um für unterschiedliche Anforderungen tragfähige Systemlösungen zu entwerfen.
  • Durchhaltevermögen bei langwierigen Fehlersuchen und strukturiertes analytisches Vorgehen.
  • Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge für Anwender verständlich zu erklären.
  • Lernbereitschaft, um sich fortlaufend in neue technische Entwicklungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit den weitreichenden Systemberechtigungen der Stelle.
