About The Role

THE CAFE AT BREWDOG WATERLOO IS ON THE HUNT FOR A BARISTA & BARTENDER!

We are looking for talented and passionate baristas/bartenders to join our team, comfortable in high-volume cafes serving coffee and cocktails to a killer playlist while maintaining great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness.

You must be comfortable working with our La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders. Most importantly, you must be able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner. We have an awesome cocktail menu full of our twists on classics, so cocktail experience alongside your coffee skills is a bonus.

BrewDog Waterloo encompasses two floors of amazing craft beer, spirits, food and entertainment in the centre of the city. Our Cafe is a busy coffeehouse with amazing brunch by day and transforms into a bustling cocktail bar serving evening food at night. The Cafe serves coffee and cocktails for our whole 28,000 sq ft venue.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handcrafting awesome coffee at pace, including dialling in grinders, maintaining coffee quality and producing latte art.
  • Opening and closing both coffee and cocktail stations.
  • Providing epic counter and table service throughout breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner as customers explore the Cafe and the wider BrewDog venue.
  • Crafting amazing cocktails that our customers love.
  • Keeping the Cafe clean and organised.
  • Supporting the team in driving results.
  • Running drinks to the rest of the venue.
