With four breweries globally, a network of over 100 bars worldwide, and a passionate team of 2,000 beery disciples, we’ve grown up since we came howling into life in 2007 in a garage in the windswept north east of Scotland. Nowadays, we’re the UK’s biggest craft beer business and we’re on a mission to show that business can be a force for good.

We are the world’s first carbon negative beer business and are very proud to achieve certified B Corp status. We’re focused on making sure that we, and future generations, have a planet to brew great beer on.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
