  • Support the implementation of project governance processes, ensuring appropriate documentation, reporting and procedures are maintained.
  • Assist in coordinating internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
  • Promote high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, ensuring Bridges' policies, procedures and relevant legislation are followed.
  • Help identify potential project risks and issues, supporting the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including programmes, progress reports, technical documentation and project registers.
  • Support communication between manufacturing, design, procurement, commissioning and site teams to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
  • Assist with monitoring project expenditure and commercial performance, developing an understanding of budgets, costs, contractual requirements and project profitability.
  • Participate in project reviews, capturing lessons learned and helping to implement improvements and best practice.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, demonstrating a professional, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
  • Take responsibility for personal development, building project management knowledge and capability with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.
  • Demonstrate and promote Bridges' values in all interactions, contributing to a positive, supportive and delivery-focused team environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
