Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Developer to join our team in beautiful Des Moines, IA. This is an onsite position and is not remote. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
This Computer Integrated Manufacturing software development position is responsible for performing the design, development, testing, implementation, and support primarily for .Net/SQL intranet web applications. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. This is an application development position with project management requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting primarily .Net/SQL applications
- Project management skills as developers are responsible for gathering requirements and preparing project requirements documentation
- Create project plans and schedules
- Possess in-depth knowledge of most of the technical skills identified below
- New development primarily in ASP.Net environment / SQL2022
- Maintenance of existing applications in a variety of technologies
- Proficient troubleshooting skills
- Follow standards where identified
- Assist in the development and presentation of various analyses to management (e.g., organizational, systems, feasibility, and cost/benefit studies, implementation plans)
- Assist in the analysis of complex client and technical problems requiring diagnosis, testing and judgment of which approach or procedure is most appropriate
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
- Ensures compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and protocols
- Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
