Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met affiniteit voor sales en marketing? Voor een internationaal en innovatief bedrijf in de gezondheidszorg zoeken we een Sales & Marketing Assistant. Je zorgt voor structuur, ondersteuning en een vlotte coördinatie van commerciële en marketingactiviteiten in de Benelux-regio.

Welke taken zal je uitvoeren als Sales & Marketing Assistant?

  • Coördineren van agenda's, vergaderingen en terugkerende sales- en marketingactiviteiten zodat projecten tijdig en efficiënt verlopen.
  • Opstellen, beheren en bijwerken van rapporteringen, presentaties en opvolgingsdocumenten in Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van klant- en prospectgegevens in Salesforce CRM, inclusief rapportering en datacontrole.
  • Ondersteunen van marketingcampagnes via HubSpot en instaan voor de praktische opvolging van contactlijsten, verzendingen en resultaten.
  • Als sales & marketing assistant organiseer je events, congressen, zakenreizen en marketingmateriaal.

Wie zoeken wij als Sales & Marketing Assistant?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd, werkt gestructureerd en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht over diverse deadlines en prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, met specifieke ervaring in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook en Teams.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM-systemen zoals Salesforce en voelt je comfortabel bij het beheren en analyseren van data.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en klantgericht, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en opvolging.
