Zoek je een job als Credit Controller in een omgeving die volop in beweging is? In deze vacature combineer je klantenboekhouding, betalingsopvolging en procesverbetering. Je krijgt een bedrijfswagen, 2 dagen thuiswerk en veel ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei. Solliciteer vandaag nog voor deze job in Gent.

Als Credit Controller zorg je ervoor dat de klantenboekhouding correct en up-to-date blijft.

  • Beheer de klantenboekhouding van verschillende kantoren en verwerk betalingen via CODA-bestanden.
  • Volg openstaande facturen op en stem betalingsachterstanden af met de betrokken kantoren.
  • Werk afbetalingsplannen uit en begeleid klanten bij financiële afspraken.
  • Signaleer complexe dossiers en stem af met advocaten wanneer een escalatie nodig is.
  • Ondersteun de implementatie van nieuwe kantoren en beheer domiciliëringen van opstart tot opvolging.

Als Credit Controller herken je je in volgende eigenschappen of voldoe je aan deze zaken:

  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen credit control, debiteurenbeheer of accounts receivable.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt regelmatig contact met Nederlandstalige en Franstalige kantoren.
  • Je houdt overzicht wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven en past je vlot aan nieuwe situaties aan.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zorgvuldig, ook wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgt.
  • Je leert snel werken met nieuwe softwarepakketten. Ervaring met OnGuard is een pluspunt.
