Onze klant staat in voor het kopen en verkopen van winkeldiestalbeveiligingen. Ze hebben een team van een 15-tal medewekers, waarin jij terecht zou komen. Hun kantoor is gevestigd in het gentse.

Zoek je een job in regio Gent waarin je klantencontact, orderopvolging en technische producten combineert? Wil je werken met flexibele uren, thuiswerkmogelijkheden en 26 verlofdagen? Dan is deze vacature als Sales Assistant iets voor jou. Solliciteer vandaag nog.

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt het commerciële proces van A tot Z.

  • Verwerk bestellingen die binnenkomen via mail, telefoon of collega's van de buitendienst en registreer deze in SAP.
  • Beantwoord vragen over het productgamma en zoek informatie op zodat klanten een correct antwoord krijgen.
  • Volg offertes, orders en leveringen op en neem contact op wanneer er vertragingen of wijzigingen zijn.
  • Beheer klantgegevens en beoordeel binnenkomende leads op hun commerciële mogelijkheden.
  • Ondersteun de aankoop bij leveranciers en help mee bij administratieve taken binnen het kantoor.

Als Sales Assistant herken je je in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of bouwde een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau op door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales, customer service, sales support of een gelijkaardige commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je werkt graag met technische producten en verdiept je in de werking ervan om klanten correct verder te helpen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan eenvoudige gesprekken voeren in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en Word en houdt overzicht wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgt.
