Jouw uitdaging

Als rechterhand van de General Manager zal je de organisatie, producten en aankoopprocessen grondig te leren kennen. Gaandeweg groei je verder door naar een meer strategische aankoopfunctie.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Analyseren van aankoopprijzen, volumes en prijsverschillen
  • Opvolgen van contracten, prijsafspraken en leveranciersgegevens
  • Voorbereiden van bestellingen en blokorders
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopgegevens
  • Opmaken van rapporteringen en analyses in Excel
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en aankoopprojecten
  • Mee opvolgen van voorraad- en productinformatie
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en aankoopdossiers

Je leert stap voor stap hoe aankoopbeslissingen tot stand komen en krijgt de kans om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Wie ben jij als Assistant Buyer?

  • Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor denkniveau en hebt een eerste ervaring in administratie, aankoop, supply chain, analyse of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en Excel
  • Je bent analytisch en ziet snel verbanden
  • Je durft vragen te stellen en denkt kritisch mee
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, je aardt goed in een klein, hecht team
