Jouw functie

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve verantwoordelijkheden met de coördinatie van customer service en de ondersteuning van onze Data Protection Officer (DPO). Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers, bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Administratie en dossierbeheer: je verwerkt en beheert administratieve dossiers, controleert gegevens, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een gestructureerde archivering. Daarnaast waak je over een correcte en tijdige opvolging van administratieve processen.
  • Ondersteuning van de DPO: je ondersteunt de Data Protection Officer bij de administratieve opvolging van privacy- en GDPR-gerelateerde dossiers. Je beheert relevante documentatie en gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en persoonsgegevens.
  • Coördinatie van customer service: je volgt de dagelijkse werking van een team van ongeveer vijftien medewerkers op. Je ondersteunt de organisatie en planning, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de klantenservice en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere interne diensten.
  • Commerciële opvolging en rapportering: je monitort de resultaten van inbound- en outboundcampagnes, volgt relevante KPI's op en analyseert de productiviteit en efficiëntie van de telesalesactiviteiten. Je signaleert knelpunten en stelt verbeteracties voor.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en samenwerking: je denkt actief mee over het efficiënter organiseren van administratieve en operationele processen. Je bewaakt de opvolging van actiepunten en zorgt ervoor dat informatie vlot tussen de verschillende interne afdelingen wordt uitgewisseld.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of coördinerende functie en bij voorkeur ook binnen customer service of een contactcenter.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, stelt vlot prioriteiten en beheert zelfstandig meerdere dossiers.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je hebt interesse in privacy en GDPR; ervaring hiermee is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden en hebt inzicht in cijfers, rapportering en commerciële resultaten.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools zoals Excel en CRM-systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
