Voor een internationale organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Freelance Adoption Manager. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe digitale tools, processen en manieren van werken worden gelanceerd. Eindresultaat is dat ze effectief worden gebruikt door de eindgebruikers.

Je vormt de brug tussen business, projectteams en het netwerk. Ook draag je bij aan een succesvolle en duurzame adoptie van digitale initiatieven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Freelance Adoption Manager bestaan uit:

  • Je ontwikkelt en coördineert adoptieplannen voor digitale initiatieven en brengt betrokkenen hierover samen. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat implementaties grondig voorbereid zijn vóór livegang.
  • Je vertaalt complexe project- en productinformatie naar duidelijke communicatie, opleidingen, train-the-trainer-sessies en praktisch inzetbaar ondersteuningsmateriaal.
  • Je begeleidt lokale vertegenwoordigers bij de uitrol van nieuwe tools en processen. Je verzamelt feedback uit het netwerk en fungeert als brug tussen eindgebruikers en interne teams.
  • Je bouwt een actieve gebruikerscommunity uit waarin kennisdeling, feedback, best practices en continue verbetering centraal staan.
  • Je volgt adoptie, uitvoering en KPI’s nauwgezet op. Hiernaast identificeer je risico’s en verbeteropportuniteiten en zet inzichten om in concrete acties en duurzame resultaten.

We zoeken een Freelance Adoption Manager die:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen change management, adoption management, digitale transformatie of stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on aanpak en neemt graag ownership. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands of Frans. Hiernaast heb je een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van workshops, opleidingen en verandertrajecten.
  • Je vertaalt complexe informatie moeiteloos naar heldere en bruikbare boodschappen voor diverse doelgroepen. Je durft betrokkenen opbouwend uit te dagen en bent sterk in het opbouwen van duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gebruikt data, KPI’s en feedback om verbeteringen door te voeren.

Volgende troeven zijn een grote meerwaarde in jouw sollicitatie:

  • Ervaring met ADKAR of een andere change management-methodologie.
  • Ervaring binnen een dealer-, franchise-, retail- of partnernetwerk.
  • Ervaring met digitale transformatieprojecten voor grote gebruikersgroepen.
  • Affiniteit met technologie, processen en gebruikersadoptie.
