Als Externe Trainer Preventie & Risico's zullen uw taken onder andere bestaan uit:

  • U geeft praktische opleidingen rond de preventie van chemische risico’s aan professionals uit diverse sectoren.
  • U begeleidt en traint klanten (industrie, HSE, hulpverleners en preventieadviseurs) in het gebruik van de oplossingen.
  • U bereidt uw opleidingen zelfstandig voor en organiseert deze autonoom, met een hoog pedagogisch kwaliteitsniveau.
  • U werkt nauw samen met de Export- en Marketingteams en neemt deel aan professionele evenementen binnen de sector.
  • U verplaatst zich regelmatig binnen België, Nederland en sporadisch naar Frankrijk om opleidingen bij klanten te verzorgen.

Uw profiel als Externe Trainer Preventie & Risico's voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • U beschikt verplicht over een bachelor diploma.
  • U bent tweetalig Frans-Nederlands en voelt zich zeer comfortabel in het Engels (niveau B2).
  • U hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • U hebt idealiter kennis van chemische risico’s of ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • U bent diplomatisch, communicatief sterk, pragmatisch, terrein- en praktijkgericht en flexibel ingesteld.

De gezochte kandidaat is flexibel, werkt graag dicht bij de klanten en partners op het terrein en geeft met enthousiasme de nodige opleidingen. U begeleidt het volledige samenwerkingstraject tot en met het verzorgen van de opleidingen. Deze opleidingen hebben betrekking op de tools, processen en veiligheidsaspecten van de oplossingen die onze partner aanbiedt.
