En tant que Formateur Externe Prévention & Risques, vos tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Vous animez des formations pratiques en prévention des risques chimiques auprès de professionnels issus de différents secteurs
  • Vous accompagnez et formez les clients (industrie, HSE, secouristes, conseillers en prévention) à l'utilisation des solutions.
  • Vous préparez et organisez vos interventions en toute autonomie, en assurant un haut niveau de qualité pédagogique
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Export et Marketing et participez aux événements professionnels du secteur
  • Vous assurez des déplacements réguliers en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et ponctuellement en France pour dispenser les formations auprès des clients

Votre profil de Formateur Externe Prévention & Risques correspond aux critères suivants :

  • Vous êtes obligatoirement titulaire d'un bachelier ;
  • Vous êtes bilingue en français-néerlandais et très à l'aise avec l'anglais (B2) ;
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Vous avez idéalement une connaissance sur les risques chimiques ou une expérience en milieu industriel :
  • Vous êtes une personne : diplomate, bonne communicante, pragmatique, avec une approche orientée terrain et flexible.

Le profil recherché est une personne qui se montrera flexible, qui apprécie pouvoir être engagé sur le terrain auprès des partenaires et dispenser les formations appropriées. Vous serez amené à finaliser le processus de collaboration avec la dispense des formations. Elles porteront sur les outils, sur les process et sur la sécurité entourant les solutions proposées par notre partenaire.
