Als Customer Support Administrator verantwoordelijk bent voor de administratieve verwerking van bestellingen, het beheer van klantgegevens en de opvolging van dossiers. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak verlopen orders correct en blijven klanten, sales en logistiek perfect op elkaar afgestemd.

  • Administratieve opvolging van commerciële en logistieke dossiers van A tot Z
  • Verwerken en beheren van klant-, leveranciers- en productgegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Dagelijks contact met interne afdelingen en externe partners om dossiers efficiënt te coördineren
  • Waken over een correcte en nauwkeurige administratie en meedenken over verbeteringen

Ben jij de Customer Support Administrator die we zoeken? Dan herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of hebt een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, customer service of sales support
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van orders en administratieve dossiers
  • Je bent communicatief, georganiseerd en voldoende assertief om prioriteiten op te volgen
