The posting

In deze freelance opdracht ga je als HR Business Partner aan de slag bij onze klant regio Temse. Dit is een parttime opdracht van 3 à 4 dagen per week, waar je 7 december kan starten en dit voor een periode van 6 maanden.

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden waarbij je de brug vormt tussen managers en bedrijfsnoden:

  • In kader van talent acquisition volg je de samenwerking met een vaste partner op en verleen je advies aan hiring managers
  • Je staat in voor het talent management en verwerkt eventuele interne rotaties correct
  • Je verleent advies rond performance management en voert hierbij ook gesprekken met werknemers
  • Je faciliteert changes binnen de organisatie en neemt werknemers hierin mee
  • Je volgt contract op en neemt actief deel aan management meetings

Als Freelancer, wil je graag bijleren of je huidige expertise verder verdiepen en ben je op zoek naar uitdaging en afwisseling. Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Je bent zeer sterk in het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als HR Business Partner binnen een grote, internationale omgeving
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring binnen PC200 en PC226

Wat belangrijker is, zijn jouw soft skills.

  • Je bent een sterke communicator en staat sterk in je schoenen
  • Je gaat gemakkelijk zelfstandig aan de slag een weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je kan goed om met veranderingen en neemt eventuele onzekerheid bij werknemers weg
  • Je bent bereid om je sporadisch naar de vestiging in Olen te verplaatsen
